Shipping 

Standard shipping rates apply. This will be automatically be calculated for you at check out. We ship daily, Monday through Friday excluding weekends. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for your order to be processed. Please note that orders do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. Once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account. 

International   

Currently we can only ship to Canada. If you are from Canada and would like to order from us please contact us at sales@thelongtankco.com and we can help you with your order. Shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination and are the responsibility of the recipient.   

                                                                               

CANCELLING AN ORDER  

 If you decide to cancel your order after your order is completed online please write to us immediately at sales@thelongtankco.com so we can fix this error on our end and before the package ships. We cannot guarantee your cancellation request will be processed in time, but will do our very best to fix it for you.  note: if you write us to cancel and it has been over 24 hours there is a good chance your order has already shipped                                                                                             If your order has already been processed and shipped there would be nothing we could do.

MY TANKS ARE NOT FITTING PROPERLY

If for some reason you feel there is a fitting problem with your tank, upon receiving your order, please contact us at sales@thelongtankco.com. Email Subject: Fitting Challenge. We will contact you to assist in sizing and find the  right tank top for your beautiful body and get your exchange order mailed out quickly.  Please note, no refunds. Returning your tank(s), due to size issues, is acceptable and must be returned  within 5 days of receiving your order in the mail. The tank clothing tag must still be attached, all items must not be washed or worn for you to be eligible for the exchange. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage.                                                                                                               

DAMAGED ITEMS   

"Tags on? 48 hours? We got you"

Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of receiving merchandise or it cannot be returned. Damaged items must be returned with the clothing tag attached. Items cannot be worn or washed prior to returning to The Long Tank Co. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage.                                                                              

FINAL SALE ITEMS 

"We said it you read it" 

 All items marked final sale cannot be returned at any time. If you still need to reach out about it we will will respond lovingly and hear your plea.... but cannot promise anything.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER                                                                         

If you decide to change your shipping address once an order is completed online, please write to us at sales@thelongtankco.com as soon as you place your order so we can fix this error on our end, before the package has shipped.                     

We cannot guarantee the order or the address can be changed in time , but will do our very best to fix it for you. In the case we are unable to change it before the order is precessed, we will not be responsible. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that they enter their shipping address correctly.

If a package is returned back to The Long Tank Co. due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will reach out to you, then keep the package in our abandoned bin for 3 months from the day we receive the package back at our location. It is the responsibility of the customer to contact us if they have not received the package. If the 3 month period passes and no one has claimed the package, it will be restocked. The customer will have to reorder the item(s). We will do our best to help you but cannot promise to have the information and item saved for you if you ghost us.

If we receive a package sent back to us due to a address error it will be the responsibility of the customer to pay for new shipping charges to receive their package. If you choose not to have your order re-delivered, we can refund you the cost of the items, but the original shipping cost and the undeliverable charge from the carrier will be deducted from the refund as well as a 20% restocking fee. This fee covers our time spent with the drama.
